Zithromax.
Zithromax (azithromycin) is taken by patients diagnosed with any of the following bacterial infections: bronchitis, early Lyme disease, pneumonia, H. pylori infection, sexually transmitted diseases, infections of the ears, lungs, skin, or throat. This drug is supposed to be taken regularly for you to benefit from the treatment. Make sure you do not miss doses too often – as this can affect your treatment quite negatively. The following side effects are possible when Zithromax is taken but are considered normal and usually tend to go away on their own: mild nausea, mild itching or skin rash, ringing in your ears, diarrhea, stomach pain, constipation, insomnia, dizziness, vomiting, and headache. Zithromax is supposed to be taken for the entire length of period prescribed – always make sure you use the entire amount of this medicine. If you stop before the infection has been treatment a relapse of infection is possible, and this time it will be a lot more difficult to treat. Never share your Zithromax with other people to whom it was not prescribed, even if their symptoms are similar to yours. You will need to make sure your Zithromax is not available to other people in the household.
